What data do Fordson Developments Ltd need and why is it needed?

We will have to give some personal data as in Name, Address maybe contact number for direct suppliers and their delivery drivers.

How long will Fordson Developments Ltd keep this data?
We will need to keep your personal data files for up to 7 years in order to meet any HMRC requirements or until you instruct us to rescind your data we hold which ever is the sooner.
